C-PAC Provides Enormous Support To PRH

The Princess Royal Hospital and general health institutions across the sister isles can boast of a consistent supply of medical supplies and equipment they have been receiving from the New York based Carriacou and Petite Martinique Action Committee—(C-PAC).

The committee, which is led by Selwyn Mills has adopted the health division of the sister isles and country as a whole since 1992, some two years following the birth of the organization.  Only recently the committee donated several pieces of medical equipment to the Princess Royal Hospital and shortly thereafter handed over a number of boxes with additional medical supplies.

Mr Mills says that that as an organization they have never ceased in their efforts to source medical equipment and supplies for the health fraternity of Carriacou and Petite Martinique and country in general.  He says that as a registered non-profit organization it makes it easier for them to collect items towards such an important cause as health.

The boxes the president points out represents a wide assortment of supplies, which are always needed by the hospital and other health centers.

Acting Administrator, at the hospital, Arlene Andrews, says that C-PAC continues to be their most dedicated and loyal supporter and for this, they are forever grateful. She said that the donation reflects the needs of the institution and it would go towards enhancing the delivery of services to patients at the Princess Royal Hospital.
