According to the judges after listening to the other fourteen contestants, Dash’s selection stood outscoring a total of 435 points, a mere two points ahead of three other artistes who finished jointly in second place with 433 points.

The three-second place finishers were Shem Bernard alias Terror D Governor, Marcus James, alias Lava Man and Wrenroy Ogiste alias Blaka Dan.

Position five went to Kirton Roberts, alias Alma Boy with 415 points.

The other finishers were Mandella Mc Donald alias Mandella Links with 398 points, Valene Nedd with 389 points, Micah Joseph alias Baracka with 388 points, followed by Brendon Mc Kie alias Killa B, Damion La Pompe alias Pappie Boy, Patrick Dickson alias “ Major Dickson, Otis Celestine alias Otis, Findley Jeffery alias Scholar and Michael Williams alias Mr. West,

Speaking to the media moments after his victory, Dash said it was not an easy fight but he took the opportunity to thank all who stood by him throughout the journey in his pursuit of that second title.

He hinted however that he is not prepared to rest, but would continue working hard to remain on top of his game.
