Following on the heels of their 2-nil victory over Chantimelle at the Fond Playing Field last weekend, front runners in the Grenada Football Association (GFA) Premier League Division Hurricanes would be looking to extend their lead at the top of the table when they take on sixth place Eagles Super Strikers at the Cuthbert Peters Park tomorrow (Saturday).
The St Mark based outfit (Hurricanes) presently on 22 points, enjoys a narrow three-point lead over second placed Hard Rock after playing eight rounds of matches. A win tomorrow would take them to 25 points.
Hard Rock on the other hand presently sits on 19 points after seven rounds of matches. Both teams to-date have played unbeaten with one drawn game.
Meanwhile, sixth place Eagles Super Strikers has a total of 10 points after nine rounds of matches, the same number of points as Paradise International, which, however, has played eight rounds of matches.
